Before you arrive

House rules.

  1. A strict no late-entry policy, to keep you safe and respect the sanctity of the studio.
  2. Grip socks for every Xformer class, for hygiene and safety.
  3. Kindly avoid strong perfumes; some clients are sensitive to smells.
  4. Phones stay outside the workout.
  5. A 12-hour cancellation policy, credited back to your account. We do not offer refunds.
What are SRT Xformer classes?

Developed in Los Angeles, Slow Resistance Training is a low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout tailored for MUTINY's patented XFormer. Using time-under-tension and slow-twitch muscle fibres, it builds lean muscle and improves balance and flexibility, and it is so efficient you only need 45 minutes.

Is SRT similar to Pilates or Lagree?

The archetypal Pilates reformer inspired many methods and many versions of the reformer. Methods from the same lineage are inevitably similar, and excellent.

What time should I arrive?

Five minutes before class, or ten if you are new: new clients receive a brief tutorial on the Xformer. Please plan additional time to find parking.

What should I bring?

Grip socks are mandatory for Xformer classes (our retail foyer has a great selection). Comfortable clothes, a towel and water. You will sweat. For yoga, we provide all the apparatus.

Lockers and showers?

There is a changing room with cubbies, without locks. There are no showers, but Palais Renaissance and Millenia Walk have restrooms on every level.

Do you offer private lessons?

We are happy to offer BespoX classes. Contact us directly for availability.
